1. Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the company operating the z buzz platform ("z buzz", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member").

Several specific terms used in this document are clarified below:

• Platform: The z buzz website, mobile application and all associated services.
• Account: The personal user profile created through registration.
• Balance: Real money (taka) held in the account.
• Bonus Balance: Funds awarded as a promotional bonus, which cannot be withdrawn until specified conditions are met.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place bets with the bonus amount a specified number of times.

2. Account Registration

Opening an account on z buzz is completely free. Every member must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. z buzz reserves the right to cancel any account registered with false or fabricated information.

2.1 Required Information

The following details must be filled in correctly at the time of registration:

• Full legal name (as per national ID or passport)
• Date of birth
• Mobile number (Bangladeshi number)
• Email address
• A strong password

2.2 One Person — One Account

Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited. If more than one member of the same family or household uses z buzz, each person must use separate contact details.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal or upon reaching certain transaction limits, z buzz may request documents for identity verification. This may include copies of a national ID, passport or driving licence, as well as proof of current address. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until KYC is completed.

3. Age and Eligibility

z buzz is an adult platform. To open an account and participate in any casino or betting activity, a member must be 21 years of age or older.

Creating or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about age will result in the account and all deposited funds being forfeited.

Additionally, individuals professionally associated with z buzz — such as employees, directors or close relatives — may be subject to restrictions on using certain services.

4. Account Security

Keeping the account secure is primarily the member's own responsibility. Keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential and never share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password — combine lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, log out at the end of the session.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the z buzz support team immediately.

z buzz will never ask any member for a password or OTP by phone, SMS or email. If you receive such a request, treat it as phishing and report it to z buzz support.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on z buzz via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Transfers are accepted from any major Bangladeshi bank, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. If fraud is suspected on an account, z buzz may temporarily hold the withdrawal request and carry out an investigation.

5.3 Payment Method Authenticity

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account or card is prohibited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

z buzz runs bonuses and promotional offers for members from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000, and you will need to wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds and real money are accounted for separately.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• z buzz reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or bots will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to real money or given to another person.

6.3 Other Promotions

Various promotions — including weekly reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, birthday rewards and referral rewards — are governed by separate terms. Each promotion has its own specific wagering, validity and eligibility conditions.

7. Gaming Rules

The z buzz platform has specific rules regarding casino games and sports betting that all members must follow.

7.1 Technical Issues

If the internet connection drops or a server issue occurs during a game, z buzz may review the outcome of the affected round. If the result of a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, that bet may be voided and the full stake returned.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games
• Deliberately exploiting game bugs or errors
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Using funds from illegal sources

7.3 Sports Betting

Betting odds may change in real time. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For live betting, once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

8. Responsible Gaming

z buzz believes that gaming should be for entertainment, not as a source of income. We ask all members to understand their limits and play within them.

Every family member shares the responsibility of keeping minors away from gambling. Members may use parental control software on their own devices.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by the Member

Any member may close their account at any time if they wish. Any valid balance in the account can be withdrawn before closure. Bonus balance will not be eligible for withdrawal if the wagering requirement has not been met.

9.2 Closure by z buzz

z buzz may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraud, deception or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Court order or legal obligation

If an account is closed, a claim may be made for the return of any valid balance; however, bonus-related funds and any winnings obtained through misconduct will be forfeited.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome or transaction, first raise a complaint with the z buzz support team. An initial response will be provided within 24 hours. Support is available in Bengali via live chat and email.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may lodge a formal appeal. The appeal must include a full description and supporting evidence. z buzz will conduct an impartial investigation and communicate the final decision in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

z buzz services are provided on an "as is" basis. z buzz is not responsible for internet connection disruptions, issues with third-party payment gateways, or unexpected server downtime.

Game outcomes are entirely controlled by a random number generator (RNG). z buzz does not alter game outcomes. Winning and losing are a natural part of play — there is no guarantee of winning in every session.

Even if z buzz's liability is established for any reason, it will be limited to a maximum of the total deposits made by the member in that calendar month.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

z buzz stores members' personal information with the utmost care. All transactions and personal data are kept secure through SSL encryption and modern security measures.

13. Changes and Amendments

z buzz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the site.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.
